The family bakery Bäcker Lay GbR is looking for apprentices as bakers for the bakery at Bayernstraße in Freiburg. Under the direction of master baker Philipp Lay, further master bakers, trained bakers, a pastry chef and apprentices bake a range that regular customers love hot from the oven, is seasonally oriented and also includes special items made to order. The apprenticeship starts on 01.09.2026, lasts three years at the Gertrud-Luckner-Gewerbeschule, the place of work is Bayernstraße in Freiburg, and a permanent position after training is gladly offered in prospect. In the bakery a total of ten bakers work, including three apprentices and five master bakers; baking takes place from Monday to Saturday.
