Hotel Restaurant Auerhahn in Bad Wildbad on the Sommerberg is looking for an engaged managing director to strengthen the house. The position covers overall responsibility for the operational and organisational running of the hotel and restaurant as well as leading, motivating and developing the team. This includes ensuring quality, service and commercial performance as well as planning, steering and optimising internal processes. As the contact person for employees, guests and external partners, the managing director works close to the team with short lines of communication right in the middle of day-to-day operations. Experience in a senior role in hospitality or gastronomy as well as entrepreneurial thinking and an appreciative leadership style are expected; working hours and remuneration are by arrangement.
