The duties include caretaker work, craft support in the showroom, and assistance in the warehouse. Ideally, applicants bring initial experience in outdoor facilities or grounds maintenance as well as a category B driving licence. The position is assigned to the DICK corporate group or Wohnparc and is carried out in the family-like environment of the furniture centre.

Wohnparc is looking for reinforcement as caretaker and in-house electrician at its Stockach site for the building services support of the properties and technical systems. The duties include minor maintenance work as well as monitoring traffic safety obligations at the furniture store. The position is advertised as full-time or part-time and is also open to career changers with extensive onboarding.
