The family bakery Bäcker Lay GbR is passionate about training bakery sales assistants and conveys enjoyment of selling baked goods as well as a love of the craft. In the branches in Freiburg and Merzhausen, the self-baked assortment is sold to regular customers, the stores are designed to be inviting, and fresh breads, rolls, sweet pastries and snacks are presented attractively. The apprenticeship starts on 01.09.2026, lasts three years, vocational school is the Gertrud-Luckner-Gewerbeschule, and the place of work is Bayernstraße in Freiburg; a takeover after the apprenticeship is expressly desired. Apprentices work hand in hand in the good-humoured sales team and learn the trade in an uncomplicated way.
