The organic & wellness hotel Alpenblick in Höchenschwand is looking for a building technician (m/f/d) in part-time with three days per week. The role covers general caretaker duties, repairs and maintenance, upkeep of outdoor areas, and monitoring of building services including the water technology of the swimming pool and saunas. Requirements are a skilled trade qualification, preferably in plumbing, heating or air-conditioning technology, as well as a driving licence and a car.
